Frank Nimako Akowuah is a Partner at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah with over a decade of legal experience. He recently advised Kasapreko Plc Oasis Africa VC Fund Limited (Oasis Africa) on the establishment of a bond programme and the public offer and listing of bonds on the Ghana Fixed Income Market of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GFIM). private equity fund and the onboarding of the fund investors including the International Finance Corporation, PROPARCO, European Investment Bank and Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries, He also advised ESLA Plc and Daakye Trust Plc on their tax receivables-backed bond programmes and listing of bonds on the GFIMGhana Amalgamated Trust Plc on its equity investments in 4 Ghanaian banks, and Scancom Plc (MTN Ghana) on its GHS 3.4 billion initial public offer and listing of shares on the Ghana Stock Exchange. He is also part of the consortium developing a new legislative framework for Ghana’s capital market.
